What happens when the battery is full?
When your battery is full, excess solar automatically exports to the grid. With the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG), your supplier pays you for that surplus (e.g., 15p/kWh in Shannon’s case).
Do you handle the DNO/SEG paperwork?
Yes. We handle DNO (grid) approvals and provide MCS certification after commissioning. You’ll then have what you need to apply for SEG with your chosen supplier.
Are heat pumps suitable for older homes?
Often, yes. The key is good design and appropriate insulation. We assess each property and specify emitters (radiators/UFH) and flow temps to deliver efficient performance in older homes too.
What support do you provide after installation?
We provide a thorough handover pack, warranties, and responsive aftercare via phone and email. If you later share performance data (e.g., from your app), we can advise on settings and best-practice use. (We don’t remotely track systems.)
